Skilbit is operated from Helsinki, Finland. You can reach us at kaisa@skilbit.io.

What we collect

On this website, only what you enter when you book a working session: your name, email and any notes. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which handles that information and may set its own cookies under Calendly’s privacy policy. We use your booking to meet you and for nothing else. Skilbit itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Inside the product, your organization is the controller of the data it enters: people, roles, strategic priorities and skill assessments. We process it on the organization’s instructions to provide the service.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Postgres in the European Union. Assessment history is kept as an append-only record: each new rating is added next to the earlier ones instead of editing them, so every readiness figure can be traced to the ratings behind it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the obligations your organization has as controller. Write to the address above and we answer within a month.
