Readiness appears once 40% of people are assessed.

No number on thin data

Below 40% assessment coverage, the readiness figure stays hidden and the view explains why. It appears as more people assess.

How the number is built

  1. 01

    Missing means not ready

Anyone without an assessment counts as not ready, so leaving people out can only lower the figure.

  2. 02

    Three separate figures

Readiness, assessment coverage and manager validation coverage are reported on their own. A fully assessed team can still be far from ready.

  3. 03

    Weighted by importance

Each person's level is compared with what their role requires, weighted by how much the skill matters to the priority and how much the role contributes to it.

Questions

Anything else? Kaisa walks you through it in a working session.

  • The average of the person's latest self-assessment and their manager's latest assessment. If only one exists, that one counts.
