Turn strategic priorities into a short list of skills
Choose your priorities and AI proposes the capabilities and skills behind each one, all drawn from a governed library. You approve or skip every proposal.
Your strategy picks the skills. Anything it doesn't need stays out of the assessment.
One wizard, four steps
Leadership moves through priorities, capabilities and skills, then confirms the whole set on the last step.

Rules the wizard follows
- 01
A governed library
More than 170 skills across 11 professional domains, with levels described as behavior for the skills in active use. Nobody can type in a free-text skill.
- 02
A budget per assessment
The current-role assessment and the strategic assessment are separate events, usually months apart, and each gets its own skill budget.
- 03
Role levels wait for a preview
Saving the wizard doesn't touch role expectations. They change only after a separate preview shows every change and you confirm it.

Anything else? Kaisa walks you through it in a working session.
Every priority starts from a template, which you then rename and rewrite until it reads like your strategy. Starting from a template is what lets AI propose capabilities for it.
